By accessing or placing an order on minibeesandwheels.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes — placing genuine orders, browsing, and account management. Automated scraping, reselling account access, or attempting to disrupt the site's operation is prohibited.

We do our best to keep prices, stock, and descriptions accurate. Occasionally a listing error slips through — if that happens on your order, we'll contact you before shipping with the corrected price or a full refund, your choice.

Product photos are representative. Diecast models are manufactured in batches, so minor variations in paint, casting, or packaging from the photo are normal and not a defect.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking) or Cash on Delivery where available. An order is confirmed only once payment is captured or, for COD, once it's placed successfully.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they're dispatched. Once shipped, our Returns Policy applies instead.

All site content — logo, photography, copy, and design — belongs to Mini Bees and Wheels. Product brand names (Hot Wheels, Mini GT, Tarmac Works, etc.) are trademarks of their respective manufacturers, used here for identification only.

We're not liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or misuse of a product after delivery. Our liability for any claim is limited to the order value in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bangalore, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms occasionally as the business evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
