Every order is packed and handed over to our courier partner in perfect condition. Once it leaves our warehouse, transit is handled by the courier — Mini Bees and Wheels is not responsible for damage, loss, or delay caused by the shipping partner. If your package does arrive damaged, we'll still help via our standard claims process (unedited unboxing video required within 48 hours) — see our Returns Policy.

Do you ship Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes — COD is available across most serviceable pincodes, with a small handling fee added at checkout. Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, Razorpay) always ship free of any COD charge.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also check live status anytime from My Account → Orders.
What if my package is delayed?
Courier delays can happen during sales, festive periods, or weather disruptions. If your order is running more than 2 days past the estimate, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll chase it down.
My package arrived damaged — what now?
Film yourself opening the package (unedited, showing the seal) and send it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll process a replacement or refund per our Returns Policy — return shipping is at the customer's cost.
Is Mini Bees and Wheels responsible for damage caused by the courier?
No — every order leaves our warehouse carefully packed and in perfect condition. Once it's handed to our shipping partner, we're not liable for damage, loss, or delay that happens in transit. That said, we'll still assist with a damage claim (unedited unboxing video required) through our Returns Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship only within India. Follow our socials for updates if that changes.
